Research can’t make up its mind as to how many cups of coffee are good for you.

On a good day the caffeine in your cup of coffee is good for you, possibly reducing the discomfort of ‘dry eye’.

On a bad day caffeine could increase your risk of cardiovascular disease as it does increase your blood pressure and may make you more prone to headaches.
