Research can’t make up its mind as to how many cups of coffee are good for you.

On a good day the caffeine in your cup of coffee maybe good for you, possibly reducing the discomfort of ‘dry eye’.

On a bad day caffeine maybe bad for you as it could increase your risk of cardiovascular disease by raising your blood pressure and can make you more prone to headaches.
